Milkyway is great. I think it’s probably the best place in Mitchell and the ice cream comes out fast after ordering.
Great in every way! Cheerful staff and fast service! They were busy of course! Good old-fashioned feel and it reminded me of a place back East that I grew up with. It’s all about ice cream and shakes, yet the footlong hot dog with the works was a back-in-time moment!
Oh my gosh, I love their ice cream. So creamy and rich. It’s a drive-thru or a walk-up with some outside seating. It’s a seasonal business open spring and summer. I had a very delicious strawberry sundae with crushed nuts and whipped cream. Haven’t tried anything but the ice cream, but they have a varied menu with hamburgers, hot dogs, and other fast food.
I. Adore. B & G Milkyway. Everything is delicious, the service is always fast and super friendly, and they have doggie sundaes for my bestie! Always get a little nostalgia when I visit, too. Never experienced less than 5 stars.
Unlike the Dairy Queen located in Tea, B & G Milkyway has consistently fresh food when you order it, and it is always delivered timely. They are always kind, patient and respectful. The prices are great. They’re also professional. The exact opposite of what I experienced at Dairy Queen. Oh, and my order is always accurate. Love it!!
