69th Street

In 2006, we opened our 2nd B & G Milkyway location at the corner of 69th St. and Louise Ave, also in Sioux Falls. When the land was purchased for this location, people thought we were crazy. It was in the middle of nowhere. There was no sewer hookup, our water service was by rural water, and 69th St was only a small paved road. To say we were gambling is an understatement. We crossed our fingers and hoped for a growing Sioux Falls and our solid reputation would aid in the success of our 2nd franchise. WOW! It did. It epitomizes the phrase “build it, and they will come.” And what a store! This is our #1 location! This franchise was purchased by an employee of our Sycamore location. She saw the success of our Sycamore Ave. store and wanted to be part of it. Built in the middle of nowhere, this franchise owner has worked hard to create one of the most successful businesses in the region.
